The site is run by Robinette Advisory LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company operating as RobinetteCMO. In this policy, "I," "me" and "my" refer to Robinette Advisory LLC. This policy covers the site only. Information I receive as part of a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. ### Information I collect **Information you give me.** When you fill out a contact form, book a call through my scheduling tool, or email me, I collect what you provide. That is usually your name, email address, company, job title, phone number and anything you write in your message. **Information collected automatically.** When you visit the site, cookies and similar technologies record information about your visit. That includes pages viewed, time on page, referring website, IP address, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. If you later submit a form, this browsing history may be connected to the information you submitted. I do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as health, financial account or government ID data, through the site. ### How I use it I use the information I collect to: - Respond to your inquiry and schedule calls you request - Send follow-up information about my services that you asked for, or that relates to a conversation we've had - Understand how visitors use the site so I can improve its content - Keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If I send you marketing email, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. ### Cookies and tracking The site runs on HubSpot, which sets cookies to measure visits and recognize returning visitors. These include `hubspotutk` (identifies a returning browser), `__hstc` (tracks visits over time), `__hssc` and `__hssrc` (track the current session). HubSpot publishes details on these cookies in its Knowledge Base. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change that choice through the banner, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies won't stop the site from working, but I won't be able to tell whether you've visited before. The site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them yet. ### Who I share it with I share personal information only with service providers that help me run the site and my practice, and only as needed for that work: - **HubSpot, Inc.** hosts the site and stores contact, form, scheduling and analytics data. HubSpot processes data in the United States. - **\[EMAIL PROVIDER\]** handles my business email. I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect my rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of my business. In a transfer, the buyer would be bound by this policy for information collected under it. ### How long I keep it I keep contact information for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, and analytics data for as long as it is useful for improving the site. I delete or anonymize information when I no longer need it, unless the law requires me to keep it. ### How I protect it I rely on HubSpot's security controls and limit access to my own accounts. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information through the site's forms. ### Your choices and rights You can ask me to show you the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and I will honor them where they apply. To make a request, email \[CONTACT EMAIL\]. I'll respond within 45 days. ### Children The site is meant for business professionals.
